Sectors reporting decline in loan funds in listed corporates may contradict with increase exhibited in RBI

"Combining auto and auto ancillaries from the listed database, it appears extent of loan funds growth is higher than one reported by RBI, showing that incremental credit to these sectors have come beyond banks," it concluded.Going by sectoral deployment of bank credit, non-food credit grew by 28.It said interspersing RBI&China Geely NL-5 Door Panel Manufacturers39;s sectoral deployment of bank credit data with sectors filtered from listed corporate loan funds data, shows there is a more than proportionate rise in loan funds compared to growth in the RBI data for the three-year period ended FY17 and industries that saw a decline in loan funds despite a rise in RBI credit data for the same period.

"Sectors reporting decline in loan funds in listed corporates may contradict with increase exhibited in RBI sectoral credit deployment, but this only shows that credit has flown to unlisted MSMEs.During the week to August 4, there was an incremental credit degrowth of Rs 1. This comes after a record low full year credit growth in FY17 when credit growth slipped to the lowest in the past six decades at 5. This was the lowest since fiscal 1953 when it grew a tepid 1. Photo: PTI Mumbai: Though there's no denying that credit growth continues to decline, the RBI data on sectoral credit growth shows only one side of the story as credit per se has been expanding through non-banking channels, primarily in the debt market, said a report.

As per the report, industries that saw a more than proportionate rise in loan funds corresponding to bank credit are cement, pharma, and auto ancillaries, which have been resorting to debt market like overseas funds, ECBs, institutional borrowing, mutual funds etc and not banks.1 trillion, according to the RBI data. Within non-food credit, personal loans and loans to agri and allied activities grew 56 per cent during this period yielding a CAGR of 16 per cent, said the report..According to the RBI data, in the week to August 4, there was an incremental credit degrowth of Rs 1.Also, credit upgrades to downgrades ratio that is above 1 for all the above sectors, proves the RBI data wrong, "indicating such sectors due to better credit profile are able to exploit the non-banking sources also better.3 per cent, or a CAGR of 9 per cent, during FY14-FY17.

Also, interspersing RBI's sectoral deployment # of bank credit data with sectors filtered from listed corporate loan funds data shows credit flow into certain sectors has moved away from listed sectors and that traditional lending source has also undergone a structural change. But barring these two segments, other non-food credit grew at a snail's pace at CAGR of 5. "Clearly credit to industry barely grew during the last three years.1 per cent. But there are exceptions like services sectors like trade, NBFCs and professional service reported healthy credit growth," it said.8 per cent.

"Similarly, industries witnessing a decline in loan funds corresponding to bank credit are those into trading, fertilisers, rubber, plastic, possibly because they are meeting credit flow from other sources.1 trillion.2 per cent only. Overall, this augurs well for banks who are derisking and reworking their model for a better tomorrow," said the report by SBI Research. RBI data on sectoral credit growth shows only one side of the story as credit per se has been expanding through non-banking channels, said a report by SBI Research

It is not the first time that this group has launched such a campaign

Last year, her team conducted 150 sessions about sustainable ways of menstruation management across the country including close to 90 sessions and workshops in Bengaluru. Indian villages and cities have no means to Mercedes-Benz ML-350 Grille Factory manage this waste.. Most sanitary pads contain a lot of plastic and each may take 500-800 years to decompose. The campaign was launched by, Green The Red, a group of eco-activists and healthcare professionals working in areas related to menstrual hygiene management. Recently, we did a few sessions in Magadi and similarly we are going to focus on government schools in and around the city.

However, over the last two years we have been able to successfully fill the gap and a lot of people now know about menstrual cups and cloth pads and also many have converted to these products,” says Sindhu Naik, who along with Shilpi Sahu started the Green The Red campaign in the city. Bio-medical waste incineration firms charge as much as Rs 22 for one kg of sanitary waste in Bengaluru. Entrepreneurs who produce “green” menstrual products have each donated either a menstrual cup or cloth pad to the campaign. “This movement has to grow and we have to reach even rural areas. “Some women flush down disposable sanitary napkins after use, clogging underground drains.Sindhu said that through the “Cup and Cloth” campaign, the group aims to reach out to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to spread the mesغير مجاز مي باشدe about sustainable menstrual products. It is estimated that a woman uses up to 10,000 sanitary pads during her reproductive age.

It is not the first time that this group has launched such a campaign, and has been working relentlessly since 2016 to bring awareness about menstrual health and sustainable living. But the biggest challenge in rural areas is accessibility and how do we make such products accessible,” she rues. Thankfully, in the city we have people who not just think about safe and healthy ways to menstruate, but also the environment,” says Sindhu. “The whole idea behind launching this citizen-backed activism was to spread awareness about alternative products safe for the environment. The group will send the Prime Minister’s Office a set of sustainable menstrual products as part of its awareness campaign and will urge the government to replace disposable sanitary napkins with reusable menstrual hygiene products in its schemes and programmes. The environment always takes a beating. Sadly, there is a huge gap in information about healthy alternatives to sanitary napkins, which are also safe for the environment.

Green The Red activists promoting eco-friendly sanitary products in rural areas Bengaluru: Last week, the city witnessed the launch of a unique campaign called “cup and cloth campaign” to bring the government and the nation’s attention to sustainable menstrual choices. We need to start looking at small outreach movements through NGOs.Also, the group is requesting the government to evaluate these alternatives and to provide them in their menstrual hygiene schemes, a move that may prove to be financially more sustainable, considering the non-recurring nature of the expenditure and huge غير مجاز مي باشدt savings in waste disposal.

Incineration is being proposed as a solution, but the غير مجاز مي باشدt of scientifically-managed incineration is prohibitive. The campaign now has close to 110 active members or volunteers across the country and 30 in the city who actively work in various campaigns or awareness sessions. The future for these eco-warriors is to reach out to more rural women and girls. It is estimated that a woman uses up to 10,000 sanitary pads during her reproductive age. Some schools, colleges and workplaces have installed mini-incinerators that are a lot cheaper, but burn waste at temperatures far lower than the 800 degrees Celsius, recommended by the WHO, which may lead to harmful emissions

Prostheses غير مجاز مي باشدt thousands of dollars and take weeks to manufacture in many parts of the world

Funding remains a constant challenge, but Mehta was confident his thrifty operation would continue to reach China Zotye NEV SZM Factory those in desperate need.Made from durable plastic piping the limb — available for above and below knee amputees — requires little maintenance and can be fitted in hours. It is common to see amputees begging at traffic stops or dragging themselves about on wheeled carts.“I was devastated thinking I will have to spend the rest of my life on crutches,” said Kumar, fighting back tears as he waited for a fitting at Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti, the charity behind the unique design. It’s just like getting an all new gumboot,” said 50-year-old Rajkumar Saini, who lost his leg in a road accident 13 years ago.

These prosthetics allow amputees to work in muddy fields, sit cross-legged on the floor and comfortably use Indian-style squat toilets without needing to remove the limb.More than than 25,000 artificial limbs and other aides have distributed worldwide since Mehta’s charity first rolled the Jaipur Foot off the assembly line in 1975.“I am getting my fourth leg and I didn’t have to spend a penny.Created in collaboration with Stanford University in the US, the artificial knee is considered so غير مجاز مي باشدt effective it was named one of 50 best inventions in the world by Time magazine..The manufacturers can churn out 50 prosthesis a day from a simple workshop in Rajasthan and, thanks to donations, fit them for free. Fifty-year-old Rajkumar Saini (second from right), who suffered a road accident in 2004, gets his fourth prosthetic leg at the Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti in Jaipur.“These limbs have given me new hope.”

Prostheses غير مجاز مي باشدt thousands of dollars and take weeks to manufacture in many parts of the world, but for 50 years the creators of the “Jaipur Foot” have been making dozens of limbs a day for roughly 60 apiece. The design has been so successful that it has found its way abroad, assisting amputees in countries from Africa and Asia to the Pacific Islands. As the prosthesis endures wear and tear, or the shape of the leg changes over time, new fittings can be arranged quickly and free of charge. The advent of 3-D printing has opened new possibilities, too.Wearers can leave the clinic able to run, swim, climb trees and ride a bicycle, Mehta said.It is now branching into more advanced technology.A year later, the 22-year-old is preparing to walk again with the aide of a “Jaipur Foot” — a no-frills prosthetic made locally.A unique design allows movement in the ankle and unlike models elsewhere they can be worn without shoes — a huge plus in a region where everyone goes barefoot in kitchens and temples or mosques.

Just a fraction of those maimed in accidents have access to artificial limbs or other aides. One of its most successful new creations is a self-lubricating, oil-filled nylon knee replacement that can be manufactured for 20, a mere fraction of the 10,000 charged for models elsewhere in the world. (Photo: AFP) Jaipur: Vishnu Kumar had barely reached adulthood when he lost his limbs in a freak electrical accident, seemingly condemning him to the life of penury endured by millions of amputees in India.Mehta credits frugal engineering for the success of the design and its proliferation across India.Kumar, who worked as an electrician, feared he would endure a similar fate after his limbs were blown off in a catastrophic accident involving a high-tension wire.“The technology we use is such that the limb can be made very, very quickly,” said Devendra Raj Mehta, the 80-year-old founder of charity behind the “Jaipur Foot”.An estimated 10 million Indians live with some form of movement impairment according to government figures.A year later, the 22-year-old is preparing to walk again with the aide of a “Jaipur Foot” — a no-frills prosthetic made locally. The charity has teamed up with a 24-year-old Indian engineer Prashant Gade to print inexpensive artificial hands using the revolutionary printing technology he was gifted at an MIT conference

Because it makes the phone look hideous and we don't like to carry accessories

You can opt for a quick charge mode, where it juices the phone at an impressive 15-watt and charges it from 0 to 85 per cent in about 90 minutes. Snap it on the back of your phone, and it charges your phone&Automotive molds Manufacturers39;s battery.DisplayThe phone comes with a durable P-OLED screen. The software almost feels like stock Android. Both lens feature identical f/2.Performance, SoftwareThe Motorola Moto Z2 Force is powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset. And so is the camera bump. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, designed by Philippe Stack is a style statement that can even take on the iPhone. Its Moto G conquered the budget segment, while the Moto X offered high performance without غير مجاز مي باشدting a bomb. On the other hand, the Moto Z2 Force is as dull a phone can be. Thanks # to the plastic substrate, the screen flexes upon hitting a ground. Thanks to the plastic substrate, the screen flexes upon hitting a ground. The other mode offers trickle charging, where the phone maintains the battery level at 80 per cent. Lenovo hasn't throw-in any bloat in this device. The tall screen design with 18:9 aspect ratio and thin-bezels are the way to go. Also missing is optical image stabilisation, but we can’t complain since photos come out sharp in both daylight or low-light conditions. On a single charge, it barely lasts a day.

The 4K video recording too turns out to be very good.Lenovo has given too much importance to the thinness of the device. This is where the turbopower battery Mod comes to the rescue.BatteryThe Motorola Moto Z2 Force packs-in a 2730mAh battery. But, let’s face it — it has an awfully dull design. What's strange is that despite the laser autofocus and phase detection autofocus, and abundance of processing power, the camera is quite slow to lock on focus. This is precisely why OnePlus swiftly jumped from 5 to 5T.The 5. So much that it has opted to pack in measly 2730mAh battery. It is called universal jack for a reason. Unfortunately, though, ever since the Chinese company Lenovo acquired Motorola, there hasn't been any interesting product in the Moto line-up. Priced at Rs 35,000, the phone takes on the likes of OnePlus 5T, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, and LG G6.5mm universal audio jack. Does it work? Yes. On the other hand, the Moto Z2 Force looks as if it was meant for 2016. And to address the insufficient battery issue, it has thrown-in a complimentary snap-on power bank. It is something you would show it off to your friends and never actually use it. The camera is competitive too. The phone delivers all the goodness of Android Oreo. Fast forward to 2018, and we have the Moto Z2 Force in India. Sure, the Moto Z2 Force has a nice metal finish on the back. Apart from LG's kiddish UI, the G6 trumps or matches the Z2 Force in almost every aspect. The phone handles the calling part quite well. It can take up to two nano SIM cards. In this price range, the OnePlus 5T looks incredibly sleek. We strongly recommend investing into a good scratch guard. Will we use it?

No, because it makes the phone look hideous and we don't like to carry accessories. In normal tasks, there's no lag or stutter evident anywhere in the UI. The pixel dense screen is impressively sharp too. It produces deep blacks and pure colours. It also performs incredibly well. This handset was launched in the USA roughly six months ago in August 2017.VerdictThe Moto Z2 Force has a good P-OLED screen. However, for Rs 34,999, there's no chance in hell we would recommend it over the OnePlus 5T (Rs 32,999), which comes with much better design, ergonomics, and battery life. Let’s see if it stands a chance to win over the consumers. What Lenovo has done here is create a problem just because it has the solution. I'm not a selfie person, but my overtly social friends weren't pleased with the front-facing camera. One of the modules houses a true black-and-white sensor, which supplies additional depth information for depth-of-field/bokeh effects as well as delivering true monochrome snaps for photography purists. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is another reason why you shouldn't bother with the Moto Z2 Force.CameraThe Moto Z2 Force comes with a dual camera module with two 12-megapixel cameras. The camera interface is minimal and uncluttered, with the pro mode proving quite handy for fine turning. The Moto Z2 Force has good sound output. This saves you from the cardiac arrest triggered by a shattered screen.Design, BuildFor Lenovo, the elephant in the room is Moto Z2 Force's thick bezels.

It pulls of good performance.0 aperture, with the notable exclusion of optical zoom. The phone comes with a durable P-OLED screen.2-inch Quad HD screen inherits all the goodness of OLED panels. However, Lenovo has made a huge blunder by axing a 3. The 5-megapixel front camera is equipped with an LED flash.— By Chandrakant Isi. It is ideal for watching movies and playing games. After the recent price cut, the LG G6 offers incredible value for Rs 29,000. The call quality is loud and clear and there’s no network anomaly to report. Coupled with 6GB RAM, you get enough firepower to take crunch pixels in the most demanding games. At 6mm, it is quite thin too. Rating: Motorola once showed the industry how to build affordable smartphones without compromising on experience. The Mix 2 offers one of the most elegant designs with an exciting take on the screen. On the flipside, the screen gets scratched very easily. The company has added a few gimmicky gesture-based features to fire up a few apps. Dubbed as TurboPower Pack, it makes the phone look even worse. We have to be specific about the region, as this handset was launched in the USA roughly six months ago in August 2017. The LG G6 too is quite a looker. Even when the mod is absent, the mod connectors at the rear of the handset are not a pleasant sight

The FutureBuds mark international well-known audio brand HiFuture’s debut into India’s large personal audio products market

However, we’d pour in-depth over it later as we talk about performance. Thus we&China injection molds Manufacturers39;d recommend HIFuture to work on this.Design, BuildWhile we’re not comparing the two and they compete in completely different price ranges, it’s very hard to miss that the FutureBuds look very similar to Apple’s recently launched Airpods Pro. At least, it said so. The earbuds too, being 55mAh each, and give an impressive nearly 6 hours of playtime..Light in weight, plastic body with a glossy finish, the case felt a little insecure for the earbuds, during handling. This would involve pressing and holding the button on the back of its case, which we felt was an unnecessary and avoidable hassle.Charging for the case took around 1-hour 10 minutes to go from red (drained) to green (fully charged) coloured indicator, which is good. However, that wasn’t the only problem with its controls. Of the two, unprovoked, one of the earbuds would sometimes automatically disconnect. Now, talking about our expectations from these 4 mic wielding earbuds, they were disappointed when we encountered poor audio quality during calls.

Being true wireless earbuds, there are not only these matters of concern (i. The button, charging point as well as the indicator were all easy to use and served their purpose in their positions well. That way, it would be a complete all-rounder leaving even the purchaser completely satisfied with their money. The FutureBuds only supported three types of functions- Play/Pause audio, Connect/Disconnect calls, and digital assistant activation. Meanwhile, the other went into monopod mode and remained so. Other earbuds we have used don’t employ any such sort of function completely. While running-like activities would keep the earbuds secure in their place, other more rigorous movements can risk the security of the device. Even while streaming shows on the earbuds, background sounds came quite clear. BatteryWith a 500mAh battery slated to give 25-hours of playtime, these FutureBuds fare pretty well, over the others in its very price range. This is because the product specified having automatic environmental noise cancellation (ENC) for the mics, but we experienced poor audio quality even due to construction sounds which were at least a hundred metres away. The design of the case wielded an LED Indicator at the front, while the back had an MFB button for pairing the earbuds with new devices and a USB-C port for charging.Another peculiar thing we encountered was the device’s MFB button. Multiple others in the competition only give 20 to up to 24 hours of it.We used and reviewed the earbuds on various aspects # and have penned everything we encountered therein below, so you could take an informed decision if you were planning to purchase the product. Compared to its competition, we did find it to be even slightly more flimsy.

Rating: The FutureBuds mark international well-known audio brand HiFuture’s debut into India’s large personal audio products market. A good part, however, was that with its dual-switch function, battery levels for the two earbuds wouldn’t be inter-dependable and once disconnection was detected the idle earbud would go into battery conservation mode. During use, the build, sturdiness of the earbuds pair came through and they didn’t feel vulnerable, delicate or badly built at all. While connected with the Bluetooth device (our smartphone), it indicated its battery level as 90 per cent in spite of being inside its charging case for hours together. It’s worth a small mention here that the pair did not support any other function than play and pause, and digital assistant support from its controls. Until, we found out the only remedy for it was to completely reset the device.0, 500mAh battery life as well as up to 4 mics in-built for binaural, good quality calls. So conclusively we would definitely recommend this product as an audio listening device. Citing sensitivity between 20 to 20,000Hz, the earbuds managed to pick on every sound around. At its price, its battery life leaves others behind by quite a length. Already spread in over 30 countries abroad, it entered the Indian market with these pair of ‘most advanced’ True Wireless earbuds that came with Bluetooth 5.However, moving on talking about the design then there were some issues with the earbuds. Meanwhile, the lid which locked magnetically had the HiFuture logo emblazoned on it. However, the design and touch sensitivity became a pain as it ended up disrupting calls and mesغير مجاز مي باشدes after brief brushes. And finally, our biggest problem with the FutureBud earbuds which we also think is quite crucial is its Bluetooth connectivity. With great potential to be excellent True Wireless earbuds, FutureBuds are international audio brand HiFuture's India debut at Rs 6,999. However, we must say that this same finesse doesn’t seem to flow into the case.

Thus, even if one would run out while being used as a pair later, there is the capability of the other carrying on the task with barely any interruption. However, being on the slightly higher-priced end the makers should try to perfect the design and functional aspects of the FutureBuds. Surprisingly, for a device at its price, it did not enable functions like track switching and volume modification. The FutureBuds would not connect with any Bluetooth device, not previously paired with, without activation from its MFB button. For its price and its specifications, the output satisfied our expectations.PerformanceMaking up for the design and build shortcomings, the audio quality on the FutureBuds was quite good.e touch sensitivity) but also that of its fitting ability into the ear canal.VerdictIn itself, the earbuds are quite good with a roaring battery life and pleasing audio quality. Built with a touch-sensitive area, it promised to let simple taps do the job for play/pause functions and call responses, as well as digital assistant support without delay. It’s very hard to miss that the FutureBuds look very similar to Apple’s recently launched Airpods Pro.As aforementioned, there was also a problem of accidental disconnection during calls. While we liked this, our problems with this pair of earbuds were with its indicators. The audio didn’t split, break or get unclear at high volumes

The industry will also benefit from higher investments in developing innovative systems

Cashless transactions are not merely card payments but extend to the entire gamut of digital payments i. But are these incentives a short-term measure to kick-start the use of cards in rural India, after the success of the PMJDY A closer look reveals that the proposition is limited to only card transactions as of now.In India, the credit card, a physical payment product, has been around for long but is still struggling with penetration.Incentives should not be limited to physical manifestation China Zotye NEV SZM but must benefit all forms of cashless payments. If 2015 was the curtain raiser, 2016 will translate action on the ground. Currently India’s bank branches, a little over 100,000, and close to 2. For customers, transaction limits might be increased and rebates may be expected. There will be long-term benefits of reduced dependence on cash and curtailed black money generation. Going by what is expected in the Budget, if merchants have at least 50 per cent digital transactions, they could get a value added tax rebate of one to two per cent. A good starting point would be small value purchases, like we saw with mobile recharges which heralded the beginning of digital retail payments.Tax benefits are the proverbial carrot to make the transition from a heavily cash-led economy to a digital India. used today.

This is bolstered by the authentication diktat, due to which a user knows that every transaction from his wallet has to be authenticated by him. Worldline, for instance, provides SMS invoicing where a retailer can send the customer an SMS invoice with a link, which the latter then pays through. One, as opposed to credit cards, all these new services are debit instruments. A 40 per cent quantum increase in the number of banks, which will now operate in India, has witnessed the birth of 23 banks, all expected to start operations within 2016. Yet, intangible newfangled services like mobile payments, digital wallets and payment apps have been welcomed with open arms, fast gaining popularity across demographic segments.e.Two, using these intangible services requires a sense of security. Hence credit cards, conventional in the West, may not be the right way to digitise India; debit cards and other debit-based instruments definitely seem the right path to walk down. The department of post, which has now obtained a licence to open its payment bank, has an almost unrivalled reach across the length and breadth of the country, and could be the game changer. Also, the number of debit cards has grown by leaps and bounds due to the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY). Soon customer bases and transaction volume and value will grow, making it a successful initiative. 2016 has started off on a positive note with the government’s plan to equip six lakh villages with 20 lakh POS terminals. As per Worldline data, debit cards have grown over the last three years to contribute to more than 57 per cent of transactions at the point of sale (POS).

However, the most anticipated announcements are those expected in the Budget of financial year 2016-17.The year 2016 comes with great expectations for the evolving payments industry. These steps will encourage customers to opt for card transactions at merchant outlets and is a welcome move indeed. Until some years ago, credit cards did not even need a PIN, which adds to the scepticism.

Convenience fees might also be removed, which deals with the problem of merchants passing on the burden of merchant discount rate to customers. All this points to a “pro-debit” attitude and behaviour of the consumer. With the recent ruling, Aadhaar cards will be used in more schemes and will play a major role in financial inclusion.
